Preparing for your physical
Your DOT Physical at Seaport Spine takes about 25 minutes. We are a small office with typically zero wait time.
*If you have any medical conditions, please gather any medical records, a list of medical conditions, a list of medications (and name of prescribing doctor), and any medical devices you require.
Note: Please stay hydrated as you will have to provide a urine sample.
We accept cash, credit, and company checks. Employers may set up a direct payment account as well.
what to bring

A valid license is the only thing you'll need if you have no health issues.
Others may need to bring:

List of medications, including strength and dosage, for both prescription and over the counter drugs you are currently taking.

Dr. Ryan Hollien is the chiropractor/owner of Seaport Spine and a Certified Medical Examiner. He is a native of the Boston area who comes from a union family.
